I writing to tell you about the terrific service
I received from your staff.
I lost my system board on my new lenovo laptop.
I called IBM for help and explained that this
laptop is for my business...I consult for the
nuclear power industry, presently in Canada and
Mexico. I live in Colorado and I really expected
to have a problem getting it back in a reasonable
amount of time.
IBM directed me to your firm. I phone in, and
Mike said that I could send it in and they would
try to turn it around quickly. After Mike got
it, either Kim or Mike called me with the daily
progress. They did a fine job and it works a lot
better than it did before, even when it was new
out of the box.
