Atlantis HyperScale Premium maintenance and support provides customers 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days per year phone, email and web-based support services covering the entire Atlantis HyperScale appliance including the Atlantis software, hypervisor, solid state drives (SSDs) and server hardware components.
Onsite hardware service issues that can occur include:
- Disk failure
- Fan failure
- Power supply failure
- Software crashes
When on-site hardware service is required, Atlantis support will dispatch authorized, highly technical support personnel to the customer’s site to restore equipment to normal operation. Atlantis HyperScale Premium support and maintenance entitles customers to all versions of released software, including bug fixes, patches, minor releases and major releases issued during the period the support contract is in effect.
